Rise of the Beasts is inspired by the 1990’s Beast Wars storyline and is expected to become the first chapter in a new trilogy.
Set in 1994, starring Anthony Ramos and Dominque Fishback on the human side. They join up with the Autobots to learn about the emergence of new entities in the Maximals who can shapeshift into organic animals and the Terrorcons who for their live-action appearance will consist of three Transformers led by a trophy hunter Scourge (Peter Dinklage), who can also transform into a truck.
They will go up against Unicron, a god of destruction and the twin brother of Primus.
