Apple TV+ is taking viewers behind the velvet curtain of Las Vegas spectacle in Wild Things, an eight-episode limited series starring Jude Law and Andrew Garfield as legendary illusionists Siegfried & Roy. Based on the popular podcast of the same name, the series revisits the fame, flamboyance, and fallout surrounding one of the most iconic performing duos in entertainment history.
Jude Law will play Siegfried Fischbacher, while Andrew Garfield takes on the role of Roy Horn. Despite their long careers in the industry, this marks the first on-screen collaboration between the two acclaimed British actors. The series is written and showrun by Only Murders in the Building co-creator John Hoffman, with WandaVision director Matt Shakman set to helm the pilot.

The official synopsis promises drama both dazzling and dark: the show will serve as the “wild ride relationship tale of two of the greatest showman-magicians in history who, along with their white tigers, are tasked with turning Sin City into a family-friendly destination. The duo push the concept of illusion versus reality to the extreme, personally and professionally, until tragedy reframes and opens a mystery surrounding their last fateful Las Vegas show.”
Backed by Apple Studios and Imagine Entertainment, Wild Things also counts Brian Grazer among its executive producers, alongside Law, Garfield, Kristen Zolner, Natalie Berkus, Tony Leondis, Kathy Ciric, Will Malnati, and Steven Leckart. Production is scheduled to begin before the end of the year.

The duo’s career came to a sudden halt in 2003 when Roy was severely injured by a white tiger during a live performance, an attack that left him partially paralyzed and ended their stage act for good.
Siegfried & Roy captivated audiences with jaw-dropping illusions and intimate chemistry, but Roy never fully recovered and passed away in 2020. With production set to begin soon, Wild Things aims to pull back the curtain on a legendary partnership built on spectacle, secrecy, and a ton of danger.
