Apple TV+ has released a new teaser showcasing their upcoming content, including first looks at Severance Season 2 and Silo Season 2. The teaser also features a variety of new TV shows and movies set to debut on the platform in the coming months.
Severance Season 2 hints at Mark’s return to work and delves into his backstory at Lumon. Premiering in early 2022 on Apple TV+, the series stars Adam Scott as Mark Scout, alongside a team of colleagues at Lumon Industries who participate in a unique program that surgically separates their work memories from their personal lives.
Silo, based on Hugh Howey’s dystopian trilogy, stars Rebecca Ferguson and tells the tale of the last 10,000 people in an underground community living in a vertical safe haven due to the toxic conditions of the outside world. The silo’s inhabitants believe that an apocalyptic event centuries ago rendered the surface uninhabitable.
Silo emerged as one of Apple’s biggest hits of 2023, gaining such popularity that a second season was greenlit before the first had even concluded. Promising to unveil “more secrets of the silo,” Apple has now released some intriguing first-look images from the upcoming season. Check them out:
The teaser not only highlights Severance and Silo but also showcases a variety of upcoming series such as Presumed Innocent, Lady in the Lake, Slow Horses, Pachinko, and Shrinking.
Additionally, it features Apple films like Fly Me to the Moon, starring Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum, which premieres on July 12; The Instigators, featuring Matt Damon and Casey Affleck, debuting on August 6; and Wolfs, which reunites George Clooney and Brad Pitt, releasing on September 20.
