Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for Season 4 of its acclaimed series Slow Horses starring Gary Oldman & Jack Lowden. This darkly comedic espionage drama features Oldman as Jackson Lamb, a sharp-witted but gruff leader of a team of misfit spies stationed in the unorthodox MI5 division known as Slough House.
Following the explosive finale of Season 3, the new trailer promises more high-stakes action, challenging cases, and Lamb’s signature colorful language as the dysfunctional team grapples with new threats and intense situations.

The season 4 trailer sees London shaken by a devastating explosion at a shopping center, sending shockwaves through the already precarious world of Slough House. This MI5 division is where agents who have fallen out of favor or made significant errors are relegated. The blast triggers a series of personal secrets coming to light, adding to the turmoil within the team. Meanwhile, River Cartwright (Lowden) faces his own challenges as he contends with his grandfather David’s (Jonathan Pryce) declining mental health.
Season 4 of Slow Horses introduces a remarkable new cast, featuring James Callis, Tom Brooke, Ruth Bradley, Joanna Scanlan, and Hugo Weaving. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to even more, as filming for Season 5 has already been completed, ensuring that the gripping espionage drama will continue to unfold.

Since its debut in 2022, Slow Horses has garnered significant acclaim worldwide. The series’ third season has been particularly well-received, earning nine Emmy nominations, including nods for Outstanding Drama Series and several acting categories.
Slow Horses is set to return to Apple TV+ on September 4th with the premiere of its eagerly awaited fourth season. New episodes will be released weekly following the debut.
