The film will be based on the real-life story of Jann Mardenborough played by Archie Madekwe. David Harbour plays his trainer Jack Salter & also starring is Orlando Bloom as the Nissan marketing executive Danny Moore.
The first critic reactions have been positive with Colliders Perri Nemiroff describing Gran Turismo as “a solid adaptation” via Twitter he continued his praise saying.
“Really dug how they incorporated certain game visuals into the movie and Neill Blomkamp’s style for the film in general for that matter. Lots of very effective handheld and more intimate camera work with real texture that makes it all feel visceral, and really brings you close to the characters and the action.“
