The Horsemen are back—and this time, they’re not alone. Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, the third chapter in Lionsgate’s hit illusionist-heist franchise, has dropped its first trailer, revealing a tighter, flashier, and more chaotic magic act. Scheduled to hit theaters November 14, the film brings both new talent and familiar faces back into the ring.
Jesse Eisenberg’s fast-talking Daniel Atlas returns to lead a revamped crew of illusionists aiming to pull off their most ambitious stunt yet. “I’m talking about a trick that is bigger and better than anything you have ever seen. It’s now or never,” he says, rallying his new recruits. This installment introduces a fresh trio of up-and-coming magicians—played by Ariana Greenblatt, Dominic Sessa, and Justice Smith—tasked with helping the Horsemen steal a priceless diamond from a powerful, corrupt family led by Rosamund Pike, who takes on the role of the film’s icy antagonist.

But the old guard hasn’t disappeared in a puff of smoke. Dave Franco, Woody Harrelson, and, in a surprise reappearance, Isla Fisher all return to the fold. It’s Fisher’s first time back since the original 2013 hit, making her reunion with the gang a welcome sleight of hand. Meanwhile, Mark Ruffalo and Morgan Freeman reprise their roles, adding some grounding gravitas to the spectacle.
The trailer dropped in showy fashion with a live stunt in Times Square, where fans walked away with $250,000 in digital payments—another reminder that this franchise loves its magic big and bold. The event also gave a platform to the new cast members, who helped kick off the reveal.

Directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland, Uncharted), and scripted by a team including Seth Grahame-Smith and Michael Lesslie, the film leans into the franchise’s signature mix of theatricality and crime-caper fun. And clearly, there’s more to come: Lionsgate is already developing a fourth installment, announced at this year’s CinemaCon.
After grossing nearly $700 million across its first two films, Now You See Me has never just been about magic—it’s about momentum. And judging by this latest reveal, it’s not slowing down anytime soon. Check out the first trailer below.
