The first look at the adaptation of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes has been released. Starring West Side Story’s Rachel Zegler as Lucy Gray Baird, District 12’s tribute for the 10th installment of The Hunger Games.
The film is set 64 years before the original when Katniss Everdeen volunteered as tribute. It features a young version of the future President Snow, played by Tom Blyth.
Also starring in the prequel are Viola Davis, Hunter Schaffer, Josh Andrés Rivera and Peter Dinklage as vindictive games architect Casca Highbottom.
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is out in theaters November 17.
