The Creed universe is officially stepping back into the ring and on television. Amazon Prime Video has greenlit Delphi, a new scripted series that will serve as the franchise’s first live-action TV entry, with Michael B. Jordan executive producing through his Outlier Society banner.
Set in the iconic Delphi Boxing Academy—the same gym where Apollo Creed once trained—the show will follow a new generation of fighters trying to make their mark. The story will explore not just the battles fought in the ring, but the grit, family ties, and emotional endurance it takes to survive outside it. Delphi will be helmed by Marco Ramírez, who also takes on showrunning and executive producing duties.

Jordan, who has played Adonis Creed across three blockbuster films, appeared at Amazon’s upfronts to introduce the show. “The series that takes us back to where it all began,” he told attendees. “What I love about this story is that it stays true to what the Rocky and Creed franchise is all about: hard work, determination, fighting for something bigger than yourself… family, the ones we’re born into and the ones we create.”
The gym at the heart of Delphi carries legacy weight. Founded by Tony “Duke” Evers, it’s now run by his son, Tony “Little Duke” Evers, and has long served as a training ground for champions—including Adonis Creed himself. Now, it becomes the crucible for a new lineup of fighters, each with something to prove.

This latest expansion arrives after years of planning. Jordan has been vocal about wanting to grow the Creed-verse. Speaking to Deadline at the Creed III premiere in 2023, he said, “Building the Creed universe is something that I’m really excited about.” Now, it’s happening—with plans beyond Delphi, including potential anime and other formats. The show continues Prime Video’s strategy of capitalizing on MGM properties following Amazon’s $8.5 billion acquisition of the studio. Delphi joins other upcoming titles like Elle, a Legally Blonde prequel, and a Tomb Raider adaptation.
Jordan’s producing partners include Liz Raposo, along with Irwin, David, and Charles Winkler of Chartoff/Winkler Productions. The series will stream in over 240 countries and territories, signaling a global rollout for this new chapter in the Creed saga.
