Baldwin was rehearsing with the pistol on the set of Rust when the gun went of killing Halyna and wounding director Joel Souza, the actor stated the gun went off accidentally and that he did not pull the trigger.

Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed’s charges remain with her being responsible for the weapons safety whilst on set. With further investigation ongoing Baldwin may not be free from further prosecution.
