The next installment of Netlfix anthology series ‘Monster‘ will focus on Lyle and Erik Menendez after the hit limited series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.
Lyle Menéndez and Erik Menéndez are American brothers who were convicted in 1996 of the murders of their parents José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menéndez.
The brothers claimed that they committed the murders out of fear their father would kill them after they threatened to expose him for years of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. The prosecution argued they did it to inherit their parents multi-million dollar estate.
