Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for their upcoming action comedy The Fall Guy. It stars Emily Blunt as a director and Ryan Gosling as an action choreographer working on her film. Things get heated as the two share a romantic history.
Gosling’s character, Colt Seavers, finds himself roped into an investigation when the star he doubles for goes missing. This puts the movie at risk and adds pressure on the director, Jody Moreno (Blunt).

Directed by former real-life stuntman David Leitch, known for his impressive action resume with films such as Bullet Train and Deadpool 2, he describes the film below:
“He’s a stuntman, and like everyone in the stunt community, he gets blown up, shot, crashed, thrown through windows and dropped from the highest of heights, all for our entertainment. And now, fresh off an almost career-ending accident, this working-class hero has to track down a missing movie star, solve a conspiracy and try to win back the love of his life while still doing his day job. What could possibly go right?“

The Fall Guy will be released in cinemas May 2 in the UK and May 3 in the US.
